everything hurts :(

I had soccer practice yesterday, and now I'm extremly sore, even in places that I didn't could hurt! Then I went out and ran today, like, 5k and feel sick...this week sucks. Plus, band camp starts on monday, and goes all week. My mom will probably make me stay at school and eat lunch there, gross. (and i will be missing soccer practice :[ )
Aside from all of that crap, I love the weather right now. Its nice and cool, with a slight breeze, so it feels like early fall ^^

you know, it's a little heavy at times but there is a great book called "Art & Fear" out there that you should check out. It helps me.
